The youngest World Team member of all time, Jax Forrest (133), made his highly anticipated debut for the Cowboys and wasted no time reminding everyone why he was the top pound-for-pound wrestler in the 2026 class. In less than a minute, Forrest pinned Oklahoma's Carter Schmidt for the first pin of Oklahoma State's season inside GIA. "It was surreal," Forrest said. "I've gone back and forth with the coaches about what the best plan is for me, and it couldn't have gone any better. I was able to go out there and do the things I've been working on. With a sold-out crowd of over 12,000 people, it couldn't have gone any better… You get in that flow state, and everything is going right, and that's how I felt today. Obviously, there were nerves, but I have such great coaches and teammates who were keeping me calm."
