Joe Sullivan was one of the members. He was going west to meet his parents, and his wife and daughter were coming on stage. The parents were quite devastated to learn that their kid had been killed. Harry requested Colton to come with him to meet the stage and tell the widow. But they found something unexpected there. Joe Sullivan had married an Indian, and Harry didn't want anything to do with him. He yelled that Joe was dead and told her to leave right away. Colton let Sue stay in his hotel room until he could send her out the next day. But that night, something else happened. They caught an Apache Indian youngster. The men planned to kill him after torturing him. Colton thought he had to get Sue out of there because she might be next.
