This 15 minute full-body kettlebell strength and cardio workout is the final session of our Fresh Start Pump It Up Challenge – Week 4. In this workout, we combine full-body strength training with cardio intervals to build muscle, increase endurance, and support sustainable fat loss. I’m using a 25 lb kettlebell, but you can choose any weight that challenges you appropriately based on your fitness level. This workout is designed to be done at home or anywhere, and is suitable for beginners while still scalable for more advanced levels. What This Workout Focuses On: • Full body strength • Cardiovascular conditioning • Core stability • Functional movement • Efficient fat burning How to Continue the Challenge Although this is Week 4, the Fresh Start Pump It Up Challenge is designed to be repeated. For best results: Complete this workout 3–4 times per week, along with the other sessions from Weeks 1–3. When you finish Week 4, restart the challenge and track your progress each round. Consistency over time creates real, lasting results. If you fall off track, restart the challenge. If you need structure, follow the full 4-week plan again. If you want progress, stay committed week after week. This challenge is built to support long-term strength, fat loss, and confidence.
