Mix 3 tablespoons instant dry yeast and 2 cups of Teff. Add 2.5 cups of water and mix 2. Place mixture into a container for 3 days in the refrigerator. 3. After 3 days pour out the water only. Use the remaining Teff/ yeast mixture. How to make Teff injera Steps 1. Mix 7 cups of Teff with the ersho. Add 6 cups water and mix 2. Add about 4 more cups of water. This should not be mixed 3. Keep this mixture in a warm dry location for 4 days. 4. Make sure to remove the top layer of water everyday and replace with the same amount of water Making Absit 4 cups water Ladle Sauce pan Wooden spoon Leet ( teff/water mixture) 1. Put 4 cups water into saucepan 2. Pour out all the water from the leet and just use the teff 3. Mix Leet (mom has to measure this amount) and 4 cups of water until it’s thick. Continuously stir this mixture on medium heat(time how long this takes) 4. Once mixture is thick, remove from stove and add this mixture (aka the absit) with the remainder of the leet and use a hand blender to mix for about 10 minutes 5. Once done mixing with a blender, see the consistency and if it’s too thick add water until you get the desired consistency 6. Then you’re done. Leave mixture alone for a day in a warm dry place 7. You’re now ready to make injera ኤርሾን እንዴት ማዘጋጀት (የጤፍ ሶርዱፍ ጅምር) ደረጃዎች 1. 3 የሾርባ ማንኪያ ፈጣን ደረቅ እርሾ እና 2 ኩባያ ጤፍ ይቀላቅሉ ፡፡ 2.5 ኩባያ ውሃ ይጨምሩ እና ይቀላቅሉ 2. በማቀዝቀዣ ውስጥ ለ 3 ቀናት ድብልቅን ወደ መያዣ ውስጥ ያስቀምጡ ፡፡ 3. ከ 3 ቀናት በኋላ ውሃውን ብቻ አፍስሱ ፡፡ የተረፈውን የጤፍ / እርሾ ድብልቅ ይጠቀሙ ፡፡ የጤፍ እንጀራ አሰራር እንዴት ነው? ደረጃዎች 1. 7 ኩባያ ጤፍ ከእርሾ ጋር ይቀላቅሉ ፡፡ 6 ኩባያ ውሃ ይጨምሩ እና ይቀላቅሉ 2. ወደ 4 ያህል ኩባያ ውሃ ይጨምሩ ፡፡ ይህ ድብልቅ መሆን የለበትም 3. ይህንን ድብልቅ በሞቃት ደረቅ ቦታ ውስጥ ለ 4 ቀናት ያቆዩ ፡፡ 4. የላይኛው የውሃ ንጣፍ በየቀኑ ማስወገድዎን እና በተመሳሳይ የውሃ መጠን መተካትዎን ያረጋግጡ መቅረት ማድረግ 4 ኩባያ ውሃ መሰላል የሶስ መጥበሻ የእንጨት ማንኪያ Leet (የጤፍ / የውሃ ድብልቅ) 1. 4 ኩባያ ውሃ ወደ ድስ ውስጥ ይትከሉ 2. ውሃውን በሙሉ ከላጣው ያፈሱ እና ጤፉን ብቻ ይጠቀሙ 3.
