This routine will take you through a full body workout using the resistance band. There are some dynamic movement combinations where you will really feel the arms and legs working well together ! Through different combinations and movement directions you will gain not only strength but work on your fitness with the heart rate increasing especially using more than one muscle group at once. It is great to isolate muscles, but also do compound movements such as in this video, especially the first few exercises. A longer band is preferred for this video, however I have made mention at the start about how to adjust the movements according to band length and strength. As always remember to keep good posture and your tummy pulled in, feeling the core working to support you. Breathe out on the exertion or hardest part of the movements, and keep your movements slow and controlled. I have listed out the exercises and time where they appear throughout the video so it’s easily referenced for you, so let me know if this is something you would like me to do moving forward.
