I wanted to give you that extra challenge so have increased the pace a little and added some new exercises, plus change the order of exercises too. Some of the movements you will be familiar with through doing the other band routines on this channel, but some may be new to you so I hope you enjoy them! You will feel your muscles strengthening and toning in a short amount of time for your whole body: shoulders, upper back, abs, legs, glutes. I’ve selected effective and easy to follow exercises and increased the reps and sets for most of the movements so you can really get a benefit in a short amount of time, also working on increasing your fitness/ cardio health as your heart rate increases. Do this in conjunction with the other videos or on its own a few times a week. You could also do it each day if you want to target all muscles and like using the band! Tip - be sure to listen to the technique tips throughout the video so you really get the right muscles working!
