I've been wanting to compete this hike for years. It's in the Elk Range of the Canadian Rockies in Kananaskis, so I'm calling this the Elk Highline. The highlights of part 3 are the "chain section" coming down from Carnarvon lake, and fording the Highwood River. This hike had it all. Crazy river fords. A camp encounter with a curious bear. Expert trail finding. A fossil field 2,300 m above sea level. Walking along the Continental Divide. Scrambling to 2,800 m along a mountain ridge with drop-dead cliffs on either side. Porcupines.
