If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this Youtube channel or go to our website: https://www.masala.tv/ Dum Kabab: Ingredients Beef minced 1/2 kg Raw papaya 2 tbsp Turmeric powder ½ tbsp Red chilli powder 1 tbsp Fried onion powder 3 tbsp Garlic paste 4 tbsp Ginger paste 4 tbsp Gram flour 50 gm Salt 2 tsp Black Cumin 2 tsp Coriander ½ bunch Yogurt 80 gm All spice 1 tsp Ingredients for Dum Onion 1 Tomato 1 Green chilies 3 to 4 Coriander ½ bunch Coal for smoke METHOD Take a bowl add beef mince and Raw papaya and marinate it for 1 hour. Now take chopper add mince and all given ingredients and mix them well. Than put this mixture in refrigerator and give it rest for 2 to 3 hours. Now give the mince mixture seekh kabab shape. And stir fry it in pan and add onion, tomato, green chilies and coriander in it lastly give coal smoke to it. Serve it hot with parath Crispy Vermicelli Dessert: INGREDIENTS Milk 1 liter Barfi 300 gm Sugar 3 tbsp Pistachio chopped 2 tbsp Almond chopped 2 tbsp Rose water 1 tbsp Clarified butter 2 tbsp Vermicelli 1 packet METHOD Take a pot boil milk than add barfi and dissolve it nicely Now add sugar, pistachios, almond and rose water stir for 20 min continuously. Put the mixture in refrigerator until it gets cool Take pan add ghee and then add vermicelli and cook it for 2 to 3 min. Keep it as side Take tray put butter paper to it and spread vermicelli to make them dry Now add mixture into small glasses and put vermicelli in it and serve them Mango Papaya Smoothie: Ingredients Mangoes 40 gm Papaya 40 gm Yogurt 40 gm Pineapple juice 80 ml Sugar or honey 2 tbsp METHOD Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds and make smooth puree. On second hand make puree of mango as well. Place all given ingredients in blender. Blend until very smooth and serve chilled Thai Basil Rice Bowl: INGREDIENTS Onion 40 gm Capsicum green 40 gm Capsicum yellow or red 20 gm Basil 4 gm Thai red chilies 2 gm Sriracha 15 ml Oyster sauce 20 ml Garlic 2 gm Oil 20 ml Beef strips 80 gm Rice 200 gm Roasted garlic 2 gm Salt and black pepper 1 gm Soya sauce 4 ml Corn flour 10 gm METHOD Take a bowl add beef, salt, pepper, crush chili, corn flour and water mix it well Take a pan add oil and deep fry the beef strips In a pan sauté garlic than put fried beef and add sirracha and mama sita Than add all vegetable and little bit of water Than dilute corn flour with water and add in it and cook until it become thick. Take a pan grease it well than add cooked rice and roasted garlic Lastly add salt and soya sauce mix it well and serve hot
