I've spent the last 30 years riding public transportation and I've learned a lot. I love the #7 subway in NYC, because not only is a cool train, but some of the things I've discovered that I truly enjoy have come about because I was on that train. I discovered Jackson Heights in Queens. I discovered Hudson Yards in Manhattan. There's a fantastic stop on 5th Avenue and so much more. It's above ground, underground and a great connector. You can watch a Mets game, the U.S. Open, or eat great food in a very diverse neighborhood. You'll find historical stops, sports stops, and just fabulous stops with fabulous views.
