In this 60-minute session, we'll go over ASPICE (Automotive Software Process Improvement Capability dEtermination) which serves as a roadmap guiding engineers and developers through the intricacies of software and systems development. Additionally, we'll cover ASPICE's Relationship to ISO/SAE 21434. It is interesting to note that it's not ISO/SAE 21434 “versus” ASPICE for Cybersecurity, rather instead of “versus”, it is ISO/SAE 21434 “and” ASPICE for Cybersecurity! Credit to CYRES Consulting for helping me to map Automotive SPICE for Cybersecurity Processes onto ISO/SAE 21434 Requirements in their ISO/SAE 21434:2021 Workbook (see section 2.6.4). Credit also to iProcess LLC, KUGLER MAAG CIE by UL Solutions, and Vector Consulting Services for their inspiring, informative, and common-sense YouTube videos which helped me to better grasp these concepts. As a reminder I have also posted a few more “A fresh look at” videos covering ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 24089, UNECE WP.29 R155 & R156, Automotive In Vehicle Networking (IVN) with CAN bus, and Learning in general on my LinkedIn page. For more information DM me on LinkedIn or by email at [email protected]. I am looking forward to meeting you soon! Let's work together to ensure our systems are "Secure by Design". Best Regards, Larry Veilleux Solutions Architect, Automotive Cybersecurity SAC (Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc)
