Jump start your morning and follow along with Michelle, as she guides you through a beginner Finger, Wrist, and Forearm Exercise Routine to Increase Motion. All you need is a towel! Try this hand and arm exercise routine if you are looking to warm up your stiff, fingers, wrist and forearm. First, we will start by waking up both hands by stimulating the sensory system and circulatory system. Then we will work on dexterity and mobility of your fingers and thumb. From there, we'll transition into light gripping of the towel with your arm in various positions. Lastly, we will incorporate a brain based movement to enhance your motion! I am such a huge advocate of finding exercises and movement that increase your hand dexterity, strength, and hand function.
