Steve Duffield graduated at Bangor in Applied Biology in 1998 and was a very active birder and member of Bird Group during his time at university there. He moved to the Outer Hebrides and in 2007 established Western Isles Wildlife (western-isles-wildlife.co.uk) running wildlife tours. He has become the go-to guide for birds and other wildlife in this area and this week's talk will cover all aspects of the natural history of the Outer Hebrides not just the birds. It promises to be a unique opportunity to see the Spring-best of one of Britain's most remote and wildlife-rich regions.
