CA EDD: Conditional Payment Notices In UI Online Inbox, Pending Claims Switch To Paid Automatically

The California EDD began sending out conditional payment notices to UI Online Inboxes today making good on their word that they'd fix pending claims to paid automatically. If you didn't get this message in your UI Online account yet, don't worry the EDD said that they'd be sending out these notices in batches. In the past when they've said they'd send notices in batches it's taken about a week for everyone to get their notice. This also only applies if you've received at least one payment from the CA EDD in the past and if your claim has been pending for two weeks or more. If your claim is stuck on pending after your last certification and you don't want to wait the two weeks to see if you get this conditional payment notice for your pending payments to switch to paid, your options are to call the EDD, use Ask EDD, send them a message through Contact Us or email your assembly member for help to get you paid faster.
