Wai Full Textiles in Cambodia had to shut doors due to reduced orders, leaving hundreds of workers without jobs and without their legally owed severance. For almost two years the workers’ unions have worked in good faith to reach a solution. Yet after stringing them along, at the last minute Next pulled out. To this day garment workers are owed billions in wages and legal payouts, while fashion minimised its losses and moved on. The Wai Full workers have to win, for justice.
