Date Syrup** 2 oz or 60 ml. Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon 10 dashes Angostura Bitters Add ice and shake Strain into glass Garnish with mint **Date Syrup 1 part chopped dates 1 part sugar 2 parts water Boil Simmer 5-10 minutes Strain and bottle Yellowstone Old Faithful: Build in shaker 2 oz. or 60 ml. Huckleberry Syrup Slice half a lemon and add to shaker Leaves from 1 sprig of fresh mint 2 oz. or 60 ml Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Lightly muddle Add ice and shake Add crushed ice to glass Strain drink into glass Garnish with fresh mint and lavender Yosemite Old Fashioned: Build in glass Add large ice cube to glass .25 oz. or 8ml. Pecan Syrup** 2 dashes Angostura Syrup 2 oz. or 60 ml. Yellowstone Bourbon Stir Garnish with orange twist and cedar sprig **Pecan Syrup 2 part sugar 1 part water Crack 2-3 hand fulls of pecans in pot Let simmer 3-5 min Strain into bottle Grand Canyon Total Cloud Inversion: Build in glass .25 oz. or 8 ml. Simple Syrup .25 oz. or 8 ml. Chili Liqueur 2 oz. or 60 ml. Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Smoke cocktail with some cherrywood chips (cocktail smoker in links above) Garnish with fresh cherries Acadia Hot Buttered Bourbon: Build in glass 1 oz. or 30 ml. Butter Batter** 2 oz. or 60 ml. Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon 3 oz. or 90 ml. Hot Water Stir until incorporated Garnish with a twist of orange **Butter Batter 1 cup unsalted butter .5 cup brown sugar .5 cup maple syrup 1 broken cinnamon stick .5 teaspoon grated nutmeg 5 allspice berries 3 cloves Heat until the sugar and butter melt then reduce to a low simmer for 3 minutes. Strain into a bottle and let cool. The Great Smokey (Mountains): Build in mixing glass 1 oz. or 30 ml. Blanc Vermouth 2 oz. or 60 ml. Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon 2 dashes of Celery Bitters Stir with ice Smoke with oak and cedar Strain into glass Garnish with a sprig of something natural (Cedar or Rosemary) Mammoth Cave Star Chamber: Build in shaker .5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup 1.5 oz. or 45 ml Coffee Liqueur 1.5 oz. or 45 ml Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon 1 Egg White Dry shake Add ice and shake again Add .25 oz Coffee Liqueur to bottom of glass for effect Strain drink into glass Slowly but surely, I'm starting a mailing list so that I'm not fully dependent on YT's algorithmized notifications system.
