The 2025 regional affiliate middle division champions (grades 7 to 9) from around the world submitted these promotional videos to showcase their impact. In the Future Problem Solving World Finals, these same students presented their projects during our International Conference with a showcase display and an interview. HOW THE COMMUNITY PROJECTS COMPETITION WORKS Our Future Problem Solving Community Projects program encourages students to apply our problem-solving process in their communities to create lasting change. Students may work on projects in teams of any size or on an individual basis. First, they identify a real world problem or area of concern they want to address in a community of their choosing. Then, students learn to thoroughly research and analyze their community issue area and apply our proven 6-step problem-solving method to develop a project plan and take action. They use our problem-solving process when developing their project proposal. Students then focus on implementing their project action plan while documenting their progress in a project report and supporting materials like a portfolio and promotional video. f+u+t+u+r+e+p+r+o+b+l+e+m+s+o+l+v+i+n+g MIDDLE DIVISION CHAMPIONS FEATURED: f+u+t+u+r+e+p+r+o+b+l+e+m+s+o+l+v+i+n+g 0:33 CONNECT 1st Place - Team Social isolation among the elderly West-Windsor-Plainsboro High School North NEW JERSEY 3:37 Project Amaryllis 2nd Place - Team Neurotypical siblings of children with special needs Raffles Girls’ School (Secondary) SINGAPORE 6:43 Nurturing Nature ~ One Seed at a Time 3rd Place - Team Native plant species Wheelersburg Middle School OHIO 9:40 Seeds of Change 4th Place - Team Self-sustaining food production Ardrey Kell High School, Cox Mill High School, Community House Middle School, and Metrolina Regional Scholars Academy NORTH CAROLINA 15:50 CentSafari 1st Place - Individual Financial education for young students Scholars Academy NORTH CAROLINA 18:49 2030 In Focus (Pakistan) 2nd Place - Individual Educational resources for students in marginalized communities Pacific Lutheran College AUSTRALIA 12:47 Next Chapter Project Management in Excellence Award Financial literacy in youth Thomas Grover Middle School NEW JERSEY 2025 REGIONAL AFFILIATE CHAMPIONS 21:33 Alleviating Addiction Reducing bad habits that can lead to addiction STEM School Highlands Ranch COLORADO 24:42 Are you prepared to ACT?
