FULL RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: 15 big pitted medjool dates 1/4 cup natural peanut butter 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/2 cup natural hazelnuts, peeled 3/4 cup natural almonds 100 gram (3.5 oz) dark chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Roast the almonds and hazelnuts on a skillet (optional). Cool them before you place them in the food processor. 2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. 3. Run the food processor in pulses for 1 minute or until the mixture is sticky. 4. Place the mixture on an 8x8 inch (20x20cm) square pan with baking sheet and fasten with your hands. Wrap the pans and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 5. Cut into small cubes and keep in an airtight box in the refrigerator. 6. Topping ideas: Natural peanut butter or chopped nuts (Optional). COMMENTS/ UPGRADES: • You can place instead of hazelnuts or almonds other nuts that you like. • You can roast the almonds and hazelnuts a few minutes on a skillet.
