Here’s something for everyone: sweet, salty, crunchy, gooey and most important – chocolaty! Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 20 minutes standing time) Serves: 12 Ingredients: 4 cups popped popcorn 1 cup pretzel twists, coarsely broken into pieces 1/2 cup M&M’s Holiday variety 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup butter 1 tbsp light corn syrup 7 small marshmallows 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional) Instructions: 1. In large bowl, toss together popcorn, pretzels and M&M’s. Arrange in thin layer on large parchment paper–lined baking sheet; set aside. 2. In large saucepan set over medium heat, stir together sugar, butter and corn syrup. Cook, stirring often, until melted and bubbling lightly around edges. Add marshmallows and vanilla; stir until melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. 3. Pour over popcorn mixture; sprinkle with sea salt (if using). Let stand for 20 minutes or until set. Pull apart into clusters (serve same day). Tips: • Serve clusters in festive paper muffin cups for a fun and fuss-free presentation. • Add chopped toasted peanuts, walnuts or pecans to the mix if desired.
