Detailed Recipe: Paneer Broccoli Stir Fry Ingredients 50 grams yellow bell peppers (sliced) 50 grams green bell peppers (sliced) 50 grams onion (sliced) 100 grams paneer (diced) 100 grams broccoli (florets) 1 teaspoon butter Olive oil as needed 1–2 teaspoons oregano 1–2 teaspoons red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon pink salt Salt as required 1 teaspoon green chilli–ginger–garlic paste 8–10 garlic cloves (roughly chopped) 👩🍳 Instructions Heat a pan and add butter. Add green chilli–ginger–garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds. Add diced paneer and sauté until golden brown. Remove paneer and keep aside. In another pan, boil broccoli in water with a little salt for 5–8 minutes. Drain and keep aside. In the same pan used for paneer, add olive oil. Add chopped garlic cloves and sauté until aromatic. Add onions and bell peppers. Stir fry on high flame for 2 minutes. Add boiled broccoli, black pepper, salt, pink salt, chilli flakes, and oregano. Mix well.
