This recipe is a diffuser blend for massage offices and yoga studios. Massage and yoga are very inward practices. These are times when we want to be grounded, peaceful, and just really come into our bodies and find our centers. This essential oil diffuser blend is great for that! I’m making a stock diffuser blend here, which means I’m putting my essential oils in a 5 ml bottle. A stock blend is enough essential oil to use in a diffuser multiple times. I talk about stock blends at 0:40. 15 drops Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) (1:23) 10 drops Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis) (1:54) 20 drops Elemi (Canarium luzonicum) (2:14) 15 drops Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) (3:15) I talk about using orifice reducer bottles at 4:45. The orifice reducer isn’t in place when you buy the bottle, but it snaps on when you screw on the lid. I’m pretty excited about my essential oil diffuser in this video! It has music and lights that you can turn on or off, which are very soothing during a massage or a restorative yoga practice. You can let the diffuser run when you’re not in the room (it turns itself off when the water runs out—it’s very safe!). When you’re ready to use the room, it’s filled with a beautiful aroma.
