Today we cover finishing our gussets and sewing up the side seams ready to seat our side gores.We will cover the split or flat fell seam again as it's a very handy one for getting all of your seam allowances to line up nicely further down the line, and look at the differences when sewing these seams for gores that start from the waist, and from under the gussets.
