Newest Daily Routine: 10 miles, 1 hour lift, 1,000 pull-ups If that sounds like an overkill... it's because it is haha. Definitely pushing my limits with this one. With this routine, I have a few goals in mind: Break a sub 3 marathon and retain the most pull-ups in 24 hours again. The 1K pull-ups a day will allow my body to remember the endurance needed to go for 24 straight hours. The 10 mile run will allow my body to build endurance for the marathons and ultras I have signed up for this year. The daily 1 hour lifting routine will allow me to retain all my muscle and aesthetics as I do love looking good and feeling strong no matter how vain it is haha As mentioned, below is the MS society link where we have a goal of raising 5K for the society to help find a cure for MS and also allow people affected by the disease to live their best lives.
