started off the day eating some delicious eel rice that I wish I had more footage of! made our way to the famous Simple Kaffa coffee shop that is home to some of the most well-regarded baristas in the coffee industry. their beans were roasted well and the cup tasted light, yet vibrant. we also explored a nearby park featuring boutique shops and walked around a large multi-floor building housing a plethora of shops selling things from tech accessories to games to computers. the juxtaposition of that to a nearby collection of alley way streets with multiple food stall vendors was a nice experience to have.
