In this foundational practice, we focus on gentle mobility, breath coordination, and building awareness of how your spine and surrounding muscles move and respond. This routine is intended to be practiced daily. As you move through the sequence, pay attention to what feels supportive for your body. Gravitate toward the movements and techniques that reduce tension, improve comfort, and create a sense of ease. Consistency matters more than intensity. Over time, this practice can help: • Improve spinal mobility • Reduce muscular guarding and protective tension • Enhance core and hip coordination • Support nervous system regulation • Build confidence in movement Rather than forcing stretches or chasing flexibility, this practice emphasizes controlled, mindful movement and breath — allowing the body to feel safe while gradually restoring motion. After practicing Part 1 consistently for 4–8 weeks, and once movements feel more fluid and less reactive, you can progress to Part 2, where we build strength, resilience, and more dynamic loading strategies.
