Steam Deck XR Gaming update - the big one!

The XR Gaming plugin provides 3DoF and other XR features for supported VITURE, RayNeo, TCL, Rokid, and XREAL Air devices on Steam Deck. Version 1.0 is out now, and it's the one everyone has been asking for! With this update, the virtual display and follow effects apply to all Game Mode elements and all games and apps launched from Game Mode. Other updates include improvements to Smooth Folllow like being able to zoom in and set a follow threshold, SBS support in Follow mode, and a curved display option. This update requires Steam OS 3.6.15 (currently only in the Beta Steam OS update channel) and Decky Loader v3.0.
