Episode 5 of the low cal high protein series: Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta 🍝🍗 📝INGREDIENTS -200g of chicken breast -75g of rigatoni or any pasta of your choice -30g of low fat cream cheese -20g of cheese -handful of fresh parsley and basil -tsp of onion powder , garlic powder , chicken seasoning & paprika -tsp and a half of Cajun seasoning -spray oil -1 white onion -1 bell pepper -3 cloves of garlic 🛒 Ingredients for 5 Days – Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta 🍗 Protein -1 kg chicken breast (200g per portion × 5) 🍝 Carbs -400g dry pasta (80g per portion × 5) 🧀 Creamy Base -150g low-fat cream cheese (30g per portion × 5) -100g grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) 🧄 Veg & Aromatics -2 large onions -3 bell peppers -1 whole garlic bulb 🌶️ Seasoning & Flavour 5tsps of -Cajun seasoning -Smoked paprika -chicken seasoning -garlic powder -onion powder As always in my videos I just get ingredients that aren’t pricey and I always get them from Aldi/Lidil/Asda , Asian markets near me or Amazon.
