In this video I am going to discuss about the latest landmark judgement of Hon'ble High Court Allahabad dated 11th August, 2022 relating to Income Tax. In this case Income Tax department imposed heavy cost on Petitioner stating that Petitioner has not disclosed complete income while filing the income tax return. However, when this matter is brought before Hon'ble High Court, it imposed ₹50 lakh on income tax department for his high handedness and its arbitrary act.
