Raw Activated Charcoal https://amzn.to/2HzMTB4 Hand Blender (for soup) https://amzn.to/2v7JkiM NutriBullet blender for my smoothies http://amzn.to/2fc4rGR Lentil / Dhal Soup Recipe 1 and a half cups of red lentils (soaked for about 15 mins) celery (approx 2 stalks) carrots (approx 2 carrots) 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin 4 cups of veggie broth 2 cups water (add more or less depending on desired consistency) Juice of 1 lemon Handful of fresh parsley To taste, 1 tsp veggie broth powder (optional), himalayan sea salt + fresh black pepper 1. Fry chopped onions for a few minutes 2. Add in celery, carrots, garlic, turmeric, cumin, garlic 3. Stir in lentils, veggie broth, water (let it all simmer for about 20/30 mins) 4. Keep stiring to avoid lentils sticking to base of pan 5. Squeeze in lemon juice, salt, pepper 6. Blend if desired (link to blender above) 7.
