The milk temperature can be increased to about 22°C-35°C. Use lower temperature milk in summer and warm milk in winter. Dough with fillings should not be stored for too long. Keep the unfinished bread sealed and refrigerated. Before eating, preheat the oven to 350°C/180°C and bake in the middle layer for 7-8 minutes.
