Don’t miss out on our next video by pressing the notification bell Till next time from Edenskitchenph **** Happy Cooking **** Video length: 03.01 Minutes Preparation and cooking time: 1.30 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients: 1 kg. of pork belly ½ onions 3 pcs dried bay leaves 1 whole garlic, cut in half 1 tsp. peppercorn 1 ½ tsp. of salt 2 cups of oil Instructions: Turn the stove and put the cooking pot to boil the pork belly. Add 1 ½ litter of water enough to cover the meat. Put the meat in the water, you can ask your butcher to cut it for you, the way you want it. Add peppercorns, onions, bay leaves, garlic, and salt for seasoning. Put the lid, and let it simmer for 1 hour or till the pork meat becomes tender. Remove the meat from the pot, and let it cool for 30 minutes before frying. Put the frying pan at medium heat and add 2 cups of oil to deep fry the pork belly. Place the meat gently and make sure your lid is next to you to avoid burning your hands with the hot oil.
