This cake is perfect for brightening up any occasion, from brunches to celebrations! #orangechiffoncake #orangechiffon #chiffoncake #soothing_baking [Ingredients] 3 Eggs 35g Vegetable oil 55g Cake flour 30g Granulated sugar 2 Oranges [Instructions] 1. Prepare orange zest, orange juice, and orange slices 2. Mix oil and orange juice until well combined 3. Sift cake flour, mix until just combined 4. Add egg yolks, mix until well combined 5. Add granulated sugar to egg whites, whip egg whites until the stiff peaks form 6. Fold whipped egg whites and orange zest into egg yolk batter 7. Pour the chiffon cake batter into the baking pan 8.
