Today the video is around a personal training session i did for one of my online coaching clients. The workout i take the client through today is a 3 day full body workout. i take him through barbell romanian dead lifts ( rdls ), leg presses, machine chest press, seated wide grip rows, tricep push down, bicep curls, forearm work with barbell wrist curls and some calf training with a unique seated calf machine. The video will give you insight into essential muscle building training techniques as well as sets, reps to follow for each exercise and also a lot of general training advice. All in sinhala and a bit of english mixed in here and there.
