In this video Robbie and Thomas show how we roast our coffee using roasters from Japan. They operate manually by turning a handle during the preheating and the roasting phases. We first discovered this style of roaster from a man named Katsuji Daibo whose love of coffee and all things beautiful inspired us and led us to seek out where we could make one of these roasters our own. Soon enough we found a man with selling these roasters online and finally made one ours. We roast all the coffee for our business using these roasters now and we plan to use them for the future until demand catches up. Thanks for following along our coffee journey!
