In today's Leg Workout we use squats, lunges, ball leg curls and more to build a strong lower body. Leg workouts are also great to help one shed fat in other areas of your body. Big muscles burn big calories. Equipment needed for this workout, variety of dumbbells, mat and stability ball (can use a chair and to single leg bridge with one foot on, one foot up). This is a rep challenge so try to get 12-15 reps in each round. We will be doing 3 rounds and end with a timed leg finisher to ignite the burn even more!
