In this Office Hours session, I explain why and demonstrate how Claude is superior to ChatGPT in agent mode; it doesn't just stop after a minute and delivers better performance on marketing tasks. ChatGPT agents have been giving up too quickly and making false claims about project progress; a situation that's gotten worse over the last 6 months as they struggle to meet insanely growing compute demand. Technically, Claude Opus 4.6 is more expensive than OpenAI 5.3 at $25 per million output tokens. But because it takes fewer iterations and corrections to complete tasks, it's actually cheaper in practice. I demonstrate live examples including: -- Repurposing 600+ podcast episodes into blog posts. -- Completing a knowledge panel book that's been delayed for 2 years. -- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with Chrome tab groups. -- How Claude can almost replace an intermediate VA. ChatGPT still has key advantages in long-term memory, dictation, and being less woke. But for getting work done, Claude's tenacity wins.
