Thank you! Recipe for: Pan Fried Chicken Tenders with Garlic and Soy Sauce. Ready in 15 Minutes! Necessary products: 600 g of chicken livers, cleaned and coarsely chopped 40 ml. soy sauce 40 g of sweet chili sauce 40 ml. White wine 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped Juice of half a lemon 40 g of cow butter Salt Pepper Oil Method of preparation: Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken livers and cover the pan. Simmer the livers for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and wait for the sauce to boil. Add the garlic and stir. Immediately after, add the white wine, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Stir and wait for the sauce to start sticking to the livers. Add the juice of half a lemon and continue to mix. The sauce should thicken and stick nicely to the livers. Turn off the stove. Add the butter and mix. Serve warm. Enjoy your meal!
