Instead of sugary and processed drinks, you can enjoy this healthy homemade alternative with your meals or throughout the day. 🥘 Ingredients: • 500g apples • 500g pears • 300g quince • 1kg grapes • 4 liters water 👨🍳 Preparation: First, wash all the fruits thoroughly. Cut the apples, pears, and quince into apple-sized slices. Remove the grapes from their stems. Place all the fruits into a large pot. Pour 4 liters of boiled and slightly cooled water over them. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 hour with the lid closed. After 1 hour, strain the liquid. You can eat the boiled fruits if you like, but the main benefit is in the juice. We did not add sugar to keep it fully natural. However, if you prefer, you may add up to 200g of sugar. ⚠️ Important: Keep the lid closed while boiling. Otherwise, the liquid will evaporate. Enjoy a healthy and natural alternative to sugary drinks.
