In this video we trek to the summit of Takmak fort situated in Palghar district (Maharashtra). The fort is at a height of above 2000 ft from sea level. The trail winds through lush forest offering glimpses of diverse flora and fauna. The fort offers breathtaking panoramic view of surrounding valleys and hills. This trek is a perfect blend of nature, history and adventure. How to reach: Base village (Sakwar) Public transport- Get to the nearest railway station (Virar).
