Crispy Homemade Chicken 65 | Our Daily Bread | A spicy, crispy Chicken 65 made with rice flour and aromatic tempering—simple, bold, and full of flavour 🧾 Ingredients • 250 g chicken (boneless, bite-size pieces) • Salt to taste • 1 tsp garam masala powder • 1 tsp coriander powder • 1½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder • 4–5 garlic cloves (finely chopped) • 6–7 curry leaves • 1 tsp lime juice • 2 tbsp rice flour • 2 tbsp cornflour • 1 whole egg • Water as required • Oil for frying For tempering • 1 tbsp oil • 1 tsp chopped garlic & ginger • 2 green chillies (slit) • ¼ tsp black pepper powder • 6–7 curry leaves 👩🍳 Method 1. Marinate the chickenIn a bowl, add chicken, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, chopped garlic, curry leaves, lime juice, rice flour, cornflour, and egg.Mix well, adding little water to form a thick coating. 2. Fry the chickenHeat oil in a pan on medium flame.Gently drop the marinated chicken into hot oil.Fry for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.Remove and drain on tissue paper. 3. Prepare temperingIn a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp oil.Add chopped garlic and ginger, sauté for a few seconds.Add green chillies, black pepper powder, and curry leaves. 4. Toss the chickenAdd fried chicken to the tempering.Toss well on high flame for 1–2 minutes. 5.
