Do this core yoga flow as a supplement to your yoga practice or workout to alleviate back pain, improve back health, tone your belly as well as find balance in your body. The format of this yoga for core and back strength is 10 seconds pose demo and 30 seconds yoga pose hold or flow. Make sure to listen to the ding that will guide you when to get into and out of each pose. There's also a timer in the upper right corner to time each yoga pose. We don't have to flow at the same speed. Find the pace that's convenient for you and focus on slow controlled movements. This short yoga flow for core strengthening is suitable for all levels, but I recommend you are familiar with most yoga poses and alignment since I'm not giving any alignment cues in this video.
