7 Pt plan 1 Affordable wealth taxes for housing the homeless and the other people who are poor and struggling. Also, purchasing farmland for food programs and reinforcing the food infrastructure. This would be a model for the world and we would share some money with other countries. A. The taxes go as follows: $670 a month which is $8000 a year on AVERAGE per rich person which is $180 billion a year from the 22 1/2 million millionaires and billionaires in America) Society would build tiny homes with air conditioners, mattresses, cookers, running water, and a small fridge for $30,000 per unit, which includes land purchases. (Think 100 units on average for every 8-10 acres which would be purchased in suburbs and in rural areas nationwide). B. $60,000 per unit for the small homes. C. With the money the federal government, state governments, cities and private donors save we could purchase shuttles and or buses for them. Also, there would be security. (Think tax revenue) 2 Vice taxes at 5 percent which goes to building, staffing, and operating REHABS. (Alcohol, tobacco, tobacco products, lighters, grow lights, condoms, porn and sex store goods. Think of the financial burden on society that vices create.) 3 5 dollar a month on avg less than millionaire tax which would bring in around 7.75 billion a year which by itself could build 125,000 small homes for ppl to shift over with 400-500 dollar a month rent in more expensive states 200-300 in cheaper ones, 4 Affordable housing buildings would be built as they are convenient, but much more costly. 5 We would have new online programs and perhaps new schools for ppl who learn differently. We should link these things to various job programs including jobs where ppl can work 1-2 hours for 20 or 30 dollars after taxes so they can buy things they want instead of stealing. Also, there would be job programs in the food program. 6 Law enforcement would be bolstered with maybe 20 billion a year with an emphasis on the cities with the worst crime rates. (We would need a thorough analysis with for and for every aspect of this plan) The FBI would have a unit dedicated to tracking all the money and there would be signs placed on all the sites that show the costs and compare them to private purchases. We would also compare all purchases to private purchases. 7 We would have a massive farming program.
