A traditional piece performed by an ensemble from Ganzhou (赣州市), southern Jiangxi province, southeast China. Ganzhou, which is also known as Gannan (赣南), borders Fujian to the east, Guangdong to the south, and Hunan to the west. It appears that this ensemble is a professional brass band whose members double on traditional Chinese sizhu (丝竹, silk and bamboo) instruments, and this performance may be part of a funeral ceremony. The name of this ensemble, as well as the exact location of this performance, is unfortunately unknown. Probably filmed in Ganzhou (赣州市), southern Jiangxi province, southeast China, c. 2013. 赣南民间音乐
