*English below* 你對美食情有獨鍾嗎？你想要自己在家也能做出美味歐洲料理嗎？那你來對地方了！ 《品味歐洲》 EP14 由瑞典貿易暨投資委員會台北辦事處的 Petter Sund 和 Mattias Dec 跟大家分享這道製作簡單味道豐富的經典瑞典料理：瑞典肉丸。以後想吃瑞典肉丸不用去 IKXX 人擠人，自己在家也可以輕鬆上桌喔～ 肉丸食材： • 125ml 麵包粉 • 75ml 牛奶 • 100ml 鮮奶油 • ½ 白洋蔥切碎 • 1 大顆蛋 • 400g 牛絞肉 • 400g 豬絞肉 • 1/2 茶匙白胡椒粉 • 1/2 茶匙多香果粉 • 1/2 茶匙丁香 • 1/2 茶匙肉荳蔻 • 1/4 茶匙鹽 • 1 湯匙奶油 • 2 茶匙中性食用油 (如芥花油) 醬汁食材： • 80g 奶油 • 60ml 中筋麵粉 • 0.5 liters 牛肉高湯 • 250ml 高脂鮮奶油 • 2 茶匙薄醬油 • 1 茶匙第戎芥末 • 鹽與胡椒提味 《品味歐洲》由歐洲經貿辦事處與歐盟會員國駐台辦事處聯合製作。每個禮拜，我們將為各位帶來一道來自歐盟會員國的道地歐洲料理，共有15道精選菜餚等你來品嚐。 現在就按讚、訂閱、開啟小鈴鐺，讓我們帶你一起「品味歐洲」吧！ Are you a food lover? Would you like to make your own European dishes at home? Then you have come to the right place! In this episode of the “Taste of Europe”, Petter Sund and Mattias Dec from the Swedish Trade and Invest Council are sharing this simple (to make) but rich (in taste) Swedish dish: meatballs. Next time you want to taste some Swedish meatballs, you can avoid the crowd at IKXX, and make some yourself at home! Ingredients meatballs: • 125ml breadcrumbs • 75ml milk • 100ml cream • ½ white onion, chopped finely • 1 large egg • 400g ground beef • 400g ground pork • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper • 1/2 tsp allspice • 1/2 tsp cloves • 1/2 tsp nutmeg • 1/4 tsp salt • 1 tbsp butter • 2 tsp good quality neutral cooking oil (ex canola oil) Ingredients for sauce: • 80g butter • 60ml all-purpose flour • 0.5 liters beef stock • 250ml heavy cream • 2 tsp light soy sauce • 1 tsp Dijon mustard • Salt and pepper to taste The “Taste of Europe” is presented by the European Economic and Trade Office together with the EU Member States offices in Taiwan.
