She is Assistant Professor in Food Economics and Marketing at the University of Bologna, Department of Agro-Food Sciences and Technologies.Her research interests are mainly based upon agri-food economics and marketing, consumer behaviour, healthy food production and consumption,agro-food innovation, system competitiveness and sustainability, value chain analysis and management. She has written a number of research papers on international peer-reviewed journals and cooperates in European and national funded projects with other Universities and research centres.
