Today’s vlog is all about discipline over excuses 💪 I started my day with a work from home meeting, had a good meal, and made sure my protein intake was on point. Honestly, there was a lot of pain in my body today, and I really thought of skipping the gym 😤… but I didn’t. Instead, I pushed myself, went to the gym, completed my cardio and shoulder workout, and reminded myself why consistency matters. After coming back home, I made high-protein cake and protein bars for my whole family 🥧💙 — so everyone (including me 😄) could easily complete their protein intake. To end the day, I also completed my 5-day+ step goal and finally went to sleep feeling proud ✨ 👉 This vlog shows that motivation may come and go, but discipline keeps you moving.
