Ever wondered what happens if you make a Yorkshire pudding… but GIANT? 👀 In this video, I show you how to make the ultimate oversized Yorkshire pudding that’s crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Perfect for Sunday roasts, sharing, or just showing off 😅 Try it yourself and let me know—gravy or no gravy? Ingredients 3 large free-range eggs 115ml whole milk 117g plain flour 60ml of veg oil Method Crack the eggs into a medium mixing bowl, and then pour in the milk. Whisk until well combined and then sprinkle in half the flour. Whisk again, ensuring all the flour is combined and then add the remaining flour. Whisk again until the batter is smooth, but don't worry too much about any small lumps, as these will disappear during resting. Pour the batter into a jug, cover and rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, but ideally overnight if you have time. Heat the oven to 240c then layer the oil in the oven proof dish. Heat the dish in the oven for 20 mins until piping hot the batter should sizzle when it hits the dish. Remove the dish from the oven and turn the oven down to 200c then pour the batter into the dish.
