Traditional poached eggs can be hit or miss. Today I’m sharing my favourite alternative method — poaching eggs in silicone cups. It keeps the egg perfectly shaped, prevents the whites from spreading, and makes the whole process easier, cleaner, and more reliable. Shaped silicone moulds I used: https://amzn.to/4csgo8c Ingredients Eggs Water Veg Oil (for greasing the mould) Silicone Moulds 1. Grease the silicone moulds with a little veg oil 2. Crack the egg into the mould 3. Bring a pan of water to a simmer (small bubbles not a full on boil) 4. Place the cups into the water and cover with a lid 5. Leave for 5 mins (this is how I like mine yours maybe slightly shorter or longer depending on your preference) 6. Remove and drain any excess water, now serve and enjoy.
