Ingredients 500g sifted plain flour 7g instant yeast 1 Tsp salt 2 Tbsp veg oil 330ml lukewarm water warm water 1. Sift the flour into the mixing bowl 2. Add the salt, yeast and oil 3. Slowly add the water and mix to bind together 4. Place the bowl in the stand mixer and mix on a low speed for 5 to 10 mins 5. When done the dough will start to clean the bowl add a little more flour if it still looks sticky 6. When done place the dough in an oiled Crowley, cover with clingfilm and leave to double in size 7. Divide the dough into 3 and roll to size 8. Place a frying pan on the hob on a high heat 9. Lay the dough into the pan so the base can crisp up so keep an eye on that. 10. Remove from the heat and add the toppings 11. Then place under the grill until cooked. 12. Remove and enjoy.
