This is one action figure that I didn't know I wanted, and I bought it. This came from a Japanese TV series called, "Brave Yoshihiko." It was advertised as a "low budget adventure story," but starred very popular Japanese actors. The show itself is a parody of the popular video game "Dragon Quest." The show is lead by Yoshihiko, played by Takayuki Yamada. Yoshihiko is supposed to be a great adventurer, but is very naive and known to jump immediately to danger. What's to immediately notice is that the box is labeled "Brave 'YOSHIHIKO' and the seven driven people," which is the title of the third season, but the accessories included are from the first season, "Brave Yoshihiko and the Demon King's Castle," since he used 3D glasses to see Buddha/Hotoke in the first season, and the koala monster came out in the first season, too. It can be noted that the figure was released during the third season's run. The figure captured how Yoshihiko looked, and it also sported a cloth cape, which made it easier to put him in action poses, though his robes made it a bit hard to move his legs. I'm not sure if it is with all other figures, but mine had a loose arm of sorts, so I'd have to be careful with moving them. Face swap is fairly easy, and putting on the 3D glasses was easy enough as well. If you are a fan of the series, I can recommend getting this, as it almost perfectly captures how Yoshihiko looks.
