Below, I will write you a simple and delicious recipe: 📝 Ingredients (for 4 people): Boneless chicken breast or thigh: 500 grams (chopped into medium pieces) Fresh spinach: 400 grams (cleaned and chopped) Onion: 1 medium (finely chopped) Garlic: 2 cloves (grated or crushed) Liquid oil or olive oil: 2 tablespoons Salt, black pepper, turmeric: as needed Lemon juice or orange juice: 1 tablespoon (optional) Cream or condensed yogurt (for a creamy version): 2 tablespoons (optional) 👩🍳 Recipe: Sauteing the onion and garlic: In a suitable pot or pan, pour a little oil and fry the onion with a little turmeric until it becomes light and golden. Then add the garlic and fry for a few seconds (be careful not to burn it). Add the chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the onion and garlic and fry briefly until the chicken turns white and its juices are released. Then add a little salt and pepper.
